Returns
You may request a return under the following conditions:
- The product must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all accessories included.
- A proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
- Items that are used, damaged, or not in original condition will not be eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used hair care and personal care products
- Customized or personalized items
- Products bought during a sale or promotional offer
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, you will be notified about the status of your refund:
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- If rejected, we’ll notify you with a reason, and the product may be shipped back to you.
Late or Missing Refunds

Exchanges

Order Cancellations
- You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund.
- Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Shipping Costs

- Shipping charges are non-refundable in all cases.
