Refund and Returns Policy

Returns

You may request a return under the following conditions:

  • The product must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all accessories included.
  • A proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
  • Items that are used, damaged, or not in original condition will not be eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used hair care and personal care products
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Products bought during a sale or promotional offer

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, you will be notified about the status of your refund:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • If rejected, we’ll notify you with a reason, and the product may be shipped back to you.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe:

Exchanges

Order Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund.
  • Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable in all cases.
